Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using 30x.com and its services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• 30x / Platform: The website 30x.org and all its associated services

• User: Any person who accesses the platform

• Participant: User enrolled in an educational program

• Program: Any course, cohort, masterclass, or educational experience offered

• Content: All educational materials, tools, resources, and communications

• Community: The space in Circle where participants interact

3. Eligibility

To use 30x you must:

• Be over 18 years old

• Provide truthful and updated information

• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Not have been previously suspended from the platform

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4.2 Information

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to verify the reported professional information.

4.3 One account per person

Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

5. Educational Programs

5.1 Admission Process

Enrollment in programs is subject to a selection process. Completing an application does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are final.

5.2 Payment

• Prices are expressed in USD unless otherwise stated

• Full payment or deposit must be made by the indicated deadlines

• We accept the payment methods specified in each program

• Applicable taxes are the participant's responsibility

5.3 Refund Policy

Before the program starts:

• Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: 100% refund

• Cancellation between 7-14 days in advance: 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: No refund

After the program starts:

• No refunds are made once the program has started

• In exceptional cases, we may offer credit for future programs at our discretion

Reservation deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• They apply toward the total cost of the program

5.4 Rescheduling

If 30x reschedules or cancels a program, we will offer the option to participate in the next edition or a full refund.

5.5 Transfer

Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You cannot assign your place to another person without written authorization.

6. Community and Conduct

6.1 Behavior Standards

By participating in the community and programs, you agree to:

• Treat other participants, mentors, and staff with respect

• Not share offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

• Maintain confidentiality of group discussions

• Not spam, promote unauthorized content, or make business requests

• Contribute constructively to discussions

6.2 Confidentiality

The information shared by other participants, mentors, and companies during the programs is confidential. You must not disclose it without explicit consent.

6.3 Consequences

The failure to comply with these standards may result in:

• Formal warning

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent expulsion without refund

• Legal action if applicable

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 30x Content

All content on the platform (materials, videos, frameworks, tools, designs, trademarks) is the property of 30x or its licensors. It is prohibited to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify the content

• Record live sessions without authorization

• Share access or materials with third parties

• Use the content for commercial purposes

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content during your active participation. This license ends when your access terminates.

7.3 User Content

By posting content in the community, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform. You retain your rights over the original content.

8. Tools

8.1 Use

The tools available at /tools are provided "as is" for legitimate personal and professional use.

8.2 Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific results

• Calculations and estimates are for guidance only

• They do not replace specialized professional advice

9. Free Classes and Events

9.1 Registration

Registration for free events through Luma is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit attendance.

9.2 Recordings

Events may be recorded and published. Your participation implies consent to appear in recordings.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Services

The platform and its services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 Exclusion of Damages

30x shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Decisions made based on the content

• Service interruptions or technical errors

10.3 Maximum Limit

In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 30x, its directors, employees, and mentors from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Violation of these terms

• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Modifications

12.1 To the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

12.2 To the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform without prior notice.

13. Termination

13.1 By the User

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting soporte@30x.org.

13.2 By 30x

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these terms

• Conduct detrimental to the community

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• Any reason at our discretion

13.3 Effects

Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform, community, and content. The obligations of confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Negotiation

Any dispute will first be subject to good faith negotiation for 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

14.3 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

14.4 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes only individually, waiving the right to participate in class actions.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Complete Agreement

These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

The failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of the same.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these terms. 30x may assign them to any successor.
